1. Do you have any song suggestions for someone who is super unmotivated? I would like to get in shape and start exercising but cannot do it. I'd like to work on my "beach bod" before the summer is over.

1. As another super unmotivated person, I seriously feel your pain. I keep saying I’m going to start running again in time for beach season, and it just hasn't happened. But, when I do start running, I have a pretty serious mix going on. I like to run to angry music and sad music, because I consider working out to be kind of like therapy. Panicking and need a Xanax? I go for a run. Perfect substitute, same relief. So this mix has a lot of great stuff on it. Classics, for me- Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, Brand New, Alkaline Trio and Swearin’. Newer stuff I’ve added- Avail, The Misfits, and most importantly, what will start off my workouts this summer- Tear Me Down from the Hedwig and The Angry Inch soundtrack. I’m not going to go into too much detail in case you have seen it so I don’t bore you, or in case you want you and haven’t gotten the chance yet. But anyway, this song is the opener. It’s powerful, it’s sad, and it’ll make you want to kick some ass.
