• Creative Consulting: Creativity is a unique and personal process, and we work slow dance close with our clients to understand their vision and help pump air into the lungs of their ideas. Need guidance on the creative direction of an upcoming campaign? Check. Assistance with executing your ideas? Check. Want us to literally just suggest a song for your video? Please! This is actually a dream job for us. Our team of creative weirdos are here to provide expert advice and support every step of the way. • Production Management: We specialize in managing all aspects of video, audio, photo and design projects, from pre-production planning to final delivery. Our team works closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is translated seamlessly into the final product. Whether you're looking for help with a large-scale project or a smaller creative endeavor, our team is here to help you every step of the way. We got bros in different area codes. • Storytelling: We understand that every brand has a unique story to tell, and we're here to help bring those stories to life. Whether it's through video, photography, or design, we're able to craft engaging stories that resonate with audiences and leave a lasting impression. With a focus on real shit and creativity, we're able to help our clients connect with their customers on a deeper level. We don’t like the word ‘authentic’, it doesn’t mean anything anymore. Let’s be real.

• Creator Management: We’re not experts in everything. Sometimes you need someone to produce a video of themselves making a massive bug shaped cake. Luckily, we know a lot of people. Creator types. Real weirdos. You have got to check out the xampies to see! 

 THE PROCESS

1. Friendship Wizardry: We want to get to know ya! Love this part, we get to learn about you and your goals and what story you want to tell. We’ll become fast friends and will think to ourselves “Jeepers creepers, I might invite this person to my birthday dinner.” and we should! Then we’ll try to understand what sort of time and budgie (budget) we have to work with. We’ll depart and TMS will go into their hidey hole to give it a good hard think. 

2. Promposal: We’ll come back with some what, why, who stuff in the form of a very professional and VERY SERIOUS proposal deck. We’ll include some xampies (examples), show you how the heck we can help and leave some room for collaborative creative ideation. We’ll all smile and leave you to give it a good hard think. 

LFG: Let’s go make something together! Depending on what story you’re trying to tell we may bring in other subject matter experts, creatives and smarty pants to help us get you the best THING we can. This is the fun part. There’s nothing better than making stuff together.
